You are supposed to behave as if you were a car, and lined up. You are allowed to Motorcycle I Ride Like A Girl try to keep up shirt pass in situations where a vehicle will be allowed to do so. And you are not allowed to cross the traffic jam to get to the front faster. Of course, most people do it, but it can be very expensive, fast. If the police believe that you have done it to endanger other traffic, you will consider temporarily confiscating your license, for the first violation. Not really worthy, to be honest.
